DSC05974 Beach at Collingwood (did we mention we see this from where we are staying...)

DSC05960 View from the beach of where we are staying. Note: Salmon a van in the left hand corner.

DSC05938 Us on the Abel Tasman Coastal Path. Note for fellas: make wife stand downhill to look extra big and manly.

DSC05911 Note for gals. Remove husband from photo to get great photo of beautiful view.

DSC05907 Beach our water taxi dropped us off at.

DSC05883 Campsite caretaker to Martin: "Can you drive a tractor?"
Martin: "I can try"
Caretaker: "Good enough"
Martin towed the guy's massive mobile home, with his wife still inside, to the other side of the campsite.

DSC05878 First night in South Island we stayed at a DOC campsite. There were hundreds of crabs under every rock on the beach. This was the biggest.

DSC05852 Are you sure this is Wellington? Where is everyone?

  1. Lush, lush, lush.. Hope you both had an ace Christmas on the beachfront. Spent mine in a small stone house in southern France with my folks, siblings and dog - all very snug and pleasant - first with my family in 3 years so enjoying the novelty of it still :-)

Have an awesome NY, hope the travels continue to go well. And keep up the blog, it makes for good reading!

    xx
